Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, part of the Memorial Hermann Health System and the first hospital to open in the world renowned Texas Medical Center, embarked on a $650 million renovation and expansion in the fall of 2014. The Breaking New Ground project will position the hospital to continue its leading role in driving the latest technology and procedures to provide for the growing healthcare needs in the Houston region.

The project’s highlights include a new, state-of-the-art patient care tower and a second building with parking and infrastructure capabilities to support future growth and renovation of existing pavilions on the sprawling campus.
