Construction on Medical Plaza 2 is underway, with an expected completion date in December 2015. Completion of the patient tower is expected in the fall of 2016. To date, the hospital has already added additional beds to the Emergency Center, installed an advanced Computed Tomography (CT), and now offers 128-slice CT imaging. The installation of a 1.5T MRI also supports expanded imaging capability. Several other projects have been completed, including a new and expanded well-baby nursery and gift shop, a new robotic operating room and additional parking surface.
